When I first got the bed I had a few problems getting started. One side wouldn’t fill. ReST was on top of it. They sent me a new pump. Wasn’t the pump so they sent me a new full side. Bed blew up and worked great.
I’ve slept on MANY different mattresses. This one is great. Good sleep. Keeps my the pressure off my back and hips when I sleep on my side. My wife (who is pregnant) LOVES it as it helps the pressure in her back be a lot less. We each have our own side.
Two negatives. I’m a light sleeper and each and every time I turn over it has these pumps going off a little bit. It’s a little loud. Second negative is the app, it’s kinda crap. Works but needs a lot of work to compete with the other mattress companies out there.
