First, this is a great bed (original) and after getting it dialed in I am happy with what we have received. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is I feel it could use 1-2″ more for the comfort layer and the statement of 5 individual zones is misleading. There are indeed 5 air bladders but only 4 zones (head/legs, shoulders, lumbar, hip), since the head and legs are linked they are really a single zone just distributed. If the ‘essentials’ version existed when we purchased I would have probably bought that version.
