I love the bed, it has helped my wife and I tremendously. Most comfortable thing I think I have ever slept on. I had to drop the rating to 3 stars because the application for managing the bed and the pumps associating to it will not work consistently to save my life. I am unable to connect to the pumps via wifi for more than 48 hours without them not being able to be found and requiring another full reset of the systems. I can see the pumps on my network map but they won’t be found in the app.
