The bed itself is great, the customer support on the phone is polite and knowledgeable.
However, there are some challenges you need to be aware of:
(1) Hotline is difficult to get through, voicemail messages were hardly answered
(2) Communication by the company was really, really bad: There were several major delays because of Covid. transparent communication, or regular updated would have been nice. The delivery time showed on the web store was just not correct and they knew it. Only way to stay informed was by trying to call.
(3) Quality Assurance is bad: The tubes on one of the sides wasn’t labeled, I needed to open everything up to identify zones for each tube
(4) Instructions and instruction videos are partially dated and all of it needs updates as some things changed in the meantime, overall lots of things to figure out yourself
(5) Pumps are pretty noisy, best practice is to figure out your setting and leave it in manual mode….but you learn this by yourself, again, not much documentation
(6) App and connectivity are pretty bad. Usecase to be added: I want to use the auto-mode to test new settings and then safe them for manual mode, the way to do this now is tricky
Once you get through all of this, you will have a fantastic bed. I never had back problems again, never slept better!
