The bed itself once it is adjusted is pretty comfortable and I did sleep well. The biggest issue was the interface with the bed. I tried both an iPad and an Android phone, but the connectivity was an issue with both. I kept losing connectivity to the bed. I had to reset the WiFi on the pumps several times a week. I would have preferred to have a connected control device and gotten immediate response. On the plus side the pump is very quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The customer service was excellent and they tried to resolve my issues, but ultimately I returned the bed due to the slow response time and having to reset the WiFi on multiple occasions. For those who really love tech and are patient it is an excellent bed. If they ever get a direct connect remote to the air chambers I would give it another try.
