Our bed started malfunctioning on my side, would not hold air at the head & foot.
It took several days to speak with someone in support after having emailed through the website and leaving a couple of voicemails. The reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars.
Once I was able to speak to support and troubleshoot, a replacement air bladder was overnighted to me.
I installed the bladder and am back in business!
