It’s a really good bed we’ve had to deal with customer support a couple of times because the communication keeps failing on the pumps to the app on my phone. We have had it for a couple weeks now and have settled in and it’s extremely comfortable. We did get a 3 inch foam crate topper which has made it even better. A really good investment as I was waking up every day with my back and neck hurting. All of that’s gone. I’m glad we made the investment.
