The first time I ever “set-up” a bed using a Quick Start guide but the process was simple and easy. Downloaded the app and was ready to go. The app could be a bit more intuitive but the opportunity to adjust the 5 bladders gives a personalized feel and rest. Takes a bit to find the right settings but it is very comfy and will be in my bedroom a long time.
