I had an issue with my pump/WiFi from the day we purchased our Cal-King head split. We’ve had our bed now for about 6months. I submitted a review about a month ago and I immediately received A phone call can’t remember who, but she was very helpful and after diagnosing the problem over the phone, she determined that there was an issue with our pump/WiFi. So she overnighted is a new pump/WiFi and now everything seems to be working as it should.
