The bed is amazing. I’ve never slept better. I knocked off a star for a couple things.
The first reason for a half a star is I tied to contact customer service by phone amd email about my pump not being recognized. They never responded to me. I did my own trouble shooting and could not get it to connect. About a week later it stated to work. No idea how or why. I reset the pump, Uninstalled the app then reinstalled it, to no avail. Thank goodness it started working.
I had another time when customer service sent me a new pump and I sent the old one back. That was excellent. However with covid I assume there is a lack of support.
The other half of the star is due to the noise of the bed when you sleep the pump makes. It took some time but I don’t really notice it anymore. This is something that can be fixed with technical support advancement and improvement for the future updated model of pump.
