We upgraded from a competitor adjustable bed we had for 14 years. We really like the automatic adjustments and the multiple chamber adjustment setting to find the perfect settings. We also added the adjustable bases which has really helped. I hope the software gets refined as that is the only part we haven’t loved. The customer service team helped us and listened to the few issues we had. We have hope for continuing improvements with the software on top of a great bed, and you can’t get improvement on most beds as they are what they are and offer nothing more.
