    Really love the bed!

    I love the bed and also like the computer analysis of my sleep pattern. Definitely better than our old bed!

    Extremely satisfied

    This is the best bed I have ever had. Once I got used to the pump noise, it's the best sleep I have ever had. It contours to your body, even when you move. Great nights sleep! This is a must have bed.

    Best Decision Ever!

    Received my ReST Bed Dec 1st 2020 and absolutely love it! It has been life changing for sure - better than I could have hoped for!!! I had a Sleep number bed back in early 2000’s. As my back, neck and shoulders have progressively gotten worse, I ordered a new Sleep Number bed at beginning of summer 2020. I found I had to set around #30 (old number I used was #70) and this caused a “hammock” sagging that made my sleep and next day even worse! I returned the Sleep Number Bed when I saw the add on FaceBook for ReST Bed and researched it. I have had the ReST Bed now for several months and use the automatic mode which is perfect. My shoulders were a big problem and I thought I was going to need surgery. Now, they are perfectly fine and have improved greatly. Same for my low back and neck. I find actually that a thin pillow (I have went through a ton of pillows before I had ReST Bed trying to find what works - none did) is what works best as the bed adjusts to me and my pressure points. The Night Vision App is great to have as well. Although I do not need the information to tell me I had a good night sleep (as the bed provides a noticeable rest) it is interesting data to see and correlate. I highly recommend - if this bed does not work for you, you are probably out of luck then. Best investment in me I have made. Jim Trickett Thank You, Jim

    Very Comfortable Bed

    This is a very nice bed. Not more comfortable than a quality traditional mattress, however, it will probably last longer.

    Good bed, but lousy app

    We love the bed, but the app is constantly failing. It disconnects and you have to reset it. Upgrading the app is sorely needed.

    Interesting bed, still getting used to it.

    We paid a lot of money for this bed as you can imagine. The logistics and shipping was wonky. Delivery drivers were not familiar with the bed set-up, but they were able to figure it out. Not the "white-glove" installation we were expecting. I found the Rest App difficult to set up as it seems to fall off of our home wifi network from time to time, but after the initial struggles, it can recover. We are disappointed in the Night Vision portion of the app which is supposed to monitor your sleep and give you a daily report. It stopped doing this after a few days. Please REST, get your application working correctly. The first few nights, I had the bed set far firmer than was necessary. If you use the automatic mode the pump will breathe and make noise all night if the sensitivity is too high. Yo can try the manual mode and tailor the air bladders to where you like, but I did this recently and my side of the bed pretty much deflated and needed to be re-filled. Once you get the setting where you like them the bed is extremely comfortable. It requires an lot of nights of experimentation. I also don't like that the lights on the remote don't light when you pick it up. You have to press something first, and hopefully it's not the massage button at 4am!

    Not the best

    My biggest complaint truly is with the app. It constantly wants to reconnect to the bed requiring a new setup of the whole system (even with the vendor supplied tablets instead of our phones). This requires a hard reset of the pump under the bed and adjustable platform frame I order for the app to even find a bed. What’s even more frustrating because of the constant disconnects the bed tries to adjust itself even when no one is on the bed or not even moving. Very frustrating.
