Bought a split king. DONT BUY FROM THEM. We have tried to get a replacement for a mattress, replacing the split king with a king of the same model. Because of Covid we weren’t able to jet to a store. We’ve had numerous calls to fix the bed.

Very comfortable bed. However, the bed did not come with the two tablets as advertised. Have to use our iPhones to control the bed and the app loses WiFi all the time. Have a very strong signal at bed. Now I can’t reload the app to start over again. Very disappointed with this aspect of the product

We have the queen size bed. Love being able to have individual controls and five zones. Very technologically advanced.

Though I am comfortable in the ReST bed, my husband is not. The ability to set various areas of the bed to different levels of firmness is a plus - up to a point. However, as my husband prefers a very soft bed, he is unable to reach the level of softness he needs without then feeling the hard dividers between the air sacks. There are also problems that we both dislike. That the constant noise from the automatic adjusters disrupts our sleep very often is one, but our biggest problem is that the bed often disconnects from the WiFi network and is not programmed to automatically reconnect. Whenever this happens, it takes 15 to 20 minutes to make it reconnect using the apps on our phones. The reconnection process is WAY more complicated than it should be - too low tech for a high tech bed.

I’m a very active person. Before restbed I woke up every morning with back and shoulder pain. I try 5 different type brand and types of beds. No bed is comparable to restbed. Somedays I want firm , somedays I want medium, having the option to adjust the bed is mind blowing . Since I bed sleeping on the restbed no more back or shoulder pain , and getting up much less in the middle of the night . You will not regret this bed .

My partner and I have different bed needs- I have back issues and he does not so finding a bed that met both of our needs was an issue. We looked into sleep number beds but with all the limitations, we were not satisfied with what we got for the price. We found about about ReST and never looked back. Customer service was amazing with answering ALLLLL of my questions and assisting me with my needs. Wish we would have purchased the bed MONTHS ago!

Honestly, I was a little hesitant to buy this because it is expensive, but how often do you switch out a mattress? It was completely worth it. I'm obsessed with my bed and I look forward to going to sleep every night. It's super easy to use and the setup team was great. I had absolutely no issues

It took a bit to dial it in but that's exactly what attracted me to it. I also love that there is almost no motion transfer.

No more waking up with lower back or neck pain. I keep mine on auto adjust, my husband has his set manually...we both get to sleep comfortably throughout the night with our own settings. We love our mattress and highly recommend ReST to anyone looking.

We have had a few issues with the pump but they were quickly resolved no questions asked we got new pumps within days delivered!! We live in Hawaii so that's not common to have things arrive so quickly. We would recommend the REST bed because we love the bed but the customer support is awesome too! You cant go wrong with this company.
