Bed had higher level of technology than my husband and I. Company very supportive in explaining. Our mattresses had leaks in the seams at different times. Once again the company was quick to respond and in a couple of days we had replacements. Only problem is that at our age it was a bit of a struggle physically removing and replacing The representative we spoke with advised us the design of the new mattress had been improved and we shouldn’t have any other problems. So far, so good.

The 5 chamber design allows this mattress to be what no other mattress on the market could possibly be. No matter the price of the mattress, every other mattress has the same issue: it's either firm and supportive or it is soft and your butt sinks. This mattress gives you the miracle ability to get softer and yet still support your body entirely. If you have sensitive skin and if you're looking for a mattress that will accommodate that, I recommend this for you. That said, you will likely need to use a soft topper along with the mattress for best results (if you have sensitive skin or if you're bed bound). The reason I cannot give this mattress a five-star rating is only because of the electronics. The mattress tends to disconnect from my phone and lose connection and that is quite frustrating (I have a modern Google Pixel phone). If you can live with some bugs in the connection between the phone and the mattress, this mattress is absolutely wonderful as far as comfort is concerned.

OK, if you can get past the cost of this thing with the justification that it's likely the last bed you'll ever buy - you're really going to enjoy this bed and be happy you pulled the trigger. I did a crazy amount of research on it before floating the idea of upgrading to the ReST bed past my wife. That research included three online chats with Kyle - very helpful and no hard sell. I watched reviews on YouTube and read mattress site reviews online - all indications pointed to great mattress / sleep customization - with a big price tag. I had to sell the idea to my wife and the cost was the only thing she had a concern with. I laid out things like the 10 year warranty, when pieces wear out we replace them, and of course the tech and adjustability. She was skeptical at first and really didn't want some funky hard center divider between our sides of the bed (there isn't one) and she didn't want to get lost in a techie app rabbit hole. I'm happy to report she's got the app set to Automatic and she's loving this bed. Compared to our old (4 year old) mattress - this thing is like sleeping on a perfectly adjusted cloud. No more hip aches from springs! Getting the system dialed in took a couple days and a few phone calls - but Sarah was amazing and the customer service she provided was akin to shopping at Nordstroms. Had she been local I have no doubt she would have volunteered to come over and make things right for us. We had a pump issue - she overnighted a new one. We were having app response issues - she was there to advise. Thankfully her instructions to get us setup were simple to follow. The white glove delivery was a little lacking - she made that right for us by shipping us a Amazon gift card for that shortcoming. This bed is close to perfect. Cons: The pumps do make a little bit of noise while in the Automatic mode - but nothing too terrible. We have a fan going all night long in our room, so the pumps don't really disturb us all that much. I'm going to enclose them and I doubt we'll even know they are functioning. The app was pretty sluggish at first - but Sarah got us hooked up directly to them via the app and all is good now. The app functions - but it would be nice with a few modifications, like having the ability to memorize your settings so you can revert back to them, and an easier way to fine tune the air chamber settings (like a + / - button rather than the slide button). Sarah mentioned there should be an update to the app in early 2020. Very happy with this bed so far and looking forward to many years of super comfortable and restful sleep. I'd highly recommend this bed - look for discount codes online to knock off a few $$'s.

Since purchasing our Rest mattress sleep was an afterthought. Sure the first night, days you rave about it then it just becomes normal. Until we went on a short vacation, and quickly realize wow I miss my bed. Since starting this review my wife has been in army reserve training for a month, and its all she talks about. "I'm sleeping in the bed for a week when I get home." I absolutely recommend this mattress if you also want your sleep to be an afterthought.

This bed has more than exceeded expectations for both my wife and myself. Having the ability to completely adjust each side not only independently from each other, but to customize my own side is incredible. It took a few days to find our 'just right' setting, but since then it has been by far the best bed that we've ever had.

My husband spent months researching different beds, looking for the right one for us. He has a degenerative disease and is always in pain. He really wanted to find a bed that he would be able to get into a deeper sleep and feel rested and best case scenario, be in less pain! This bed hit every one of those points for us. I took what I thought was a gamble on a bed from a manufacturer that I had not heard of before. All of the regular names everyone has heard of didn't quite have what I was looking for - an adjustable inflatable air mattress with individual chambers that was 'smart' enough to let me use my phone. I also wanted something smart enough to adjust based on me. The ReST bed is really the only one that fit all the marks, and more. I purchased the bed, a little worried about having to deal with a company across the country for any issues. Boy was that an unfounded fear! First of all, the bed is great. It is hard to overstate how important it is to have the bed adjust firmness based on my movements during the night. Not just overall firmness, but adjust the hip firmness, or the lumbar. I need different settings for when I sleep on my stomach (deep sleep) and when I sleep on my side (light sleep).. It just makes sense when you think about it. Second, the bed comes with a great warranty and support program. I was offered an extended warranty from the store I bought it through but I haven't ever needed to use them at all. I simply contacted ReST directly and they are very quick to respond! I had a minor issue with the touch sensor on my side of the bed and the company replied within 24 hours, and had a box on the way with a replacement part within 24 hours after that. I have a hard time getting that sort of response from the kings of support (Amazon or Costco).. I am impressed. If you are worried about dealing with an unfamiliar brand name, or dealing with a company who is based far away from you in the rare case of needing support - I can say that you don't need to fret over those. Spend your time worrying about other things 🙂

My wife and I have experienced several mattresses promising to create a better nights rest and help with joint/back pain, but none can come close to our new ReST bed. We have not experienced sleep like this in decades. The bed adjusts to the pressures your body is placing on the mattress to equally distribute the weight and relieve multiple pressure points. You wake up refreshed and without pain! We purchased a split king which is great considering we prefer different firmness levels. We are now able to adjust each side to our personal liking. It is the perfect bed for anyone looking for a pain free good night's rest
