Just when I thought that customer service was a thing of the past, along came Nate at Rest Bed! We had a problem with our bed. Low and behold Nate was coming to our town. He brought parts and showed up at our house and fixed the bed! Gave us a history of the company and the people and after meeting Nate and his passion for his job and knowledge of the product it even surpassed what we had already experienced along with Lloyd! We would recommend this bed to anyone with back issues. It is the best!!!

My wife and I love the this bed. I have some back/shoulder issues and after finding my sweet spot I have been sleeping great. I am able to lower the shoulder pressure for side sleeping witch relieves the pain fully. I believe my shoulder is actually healing. As far as my back goes within 2 weeks my back pain is gone. My wife is one of the lucky ones. She doesn't suffer from any body injuries or aches. We chose home delivery and setup. I was amazed at how quickly the bed was ready to go.

I would just like to say that it has been a pleasure dealing with Lloyd at ReST, he has been very responsive to any questions we had. We received our ReST bed earlier this week, my wife has been dealing with back issues from a car accident years ago. We had decided on this bed as an opportunity had come up. We are not disappointed, this bed is just fantastic!! Each zone can be adjusted to firmness or softness and can self adjust when needed. I am happy to say sleeping and getting a good nights sleep is now achievable. Thanks ReST for a great product!!

This bed is awesome. The most important aspect of this bed is not only that EACH chamber is 100% adjustable, but that the company puts their customers first. Being such a new technology I was a littke skeptical that all of the bugs had not been worked out. The ironic part was that it didn’t matter. The customer service is TOP NOTCH, and any problems have been taken care of PROMPTLY, with no questions asked. Any concerns about the company not backing their product was a farce. This product has been worth every penny, and I will definitely buy another one when that time comes.

Overall this product has great quality. Mattress isn’t extremely firm when set at max and isn’t too plush when set all the way down. The range of comfort is ideal for my body!

We have two homes and have this bed in both. Best bed we've ever slept in! We both have back issues and this bed is amazing! You can adjust it for every issue you have. The first time in years that I can wake up feeling rested with no pain! Highly recommend the Rest Bed!

My wife actually is the person who set the bed up and sleeps on it. She loves it. She says it is the most comfortable bed she has ever slept on. I can say it must be because she is sleeping a full eight hours with out interruption. My wife has always been a restless sleeper but no more. Amazing!

We learned about Rest over a year ago, reading about them in the Wall Street Journal. I suffer from a severe back injury and have had difficulty sleeping for the past 14 years. It was time for a new bed and we drove over an hour to Luxury Matress, to check out the Rest performance mattress. We have had a temperpedic bed before, but it was to soft and too hot. We have had the Rest bed for about 4 months and have never slept better. My wife and I couldn't be happier. We have the king split with very nice adjustables. I am sleeping through the night, I don't wake up as sore anymore. We have had 2 sensors that needed to be replaced, but Rest over nighted new ones. Amazing customer service!!! We highly recommend Rest Performance!!
