    complicated to set up and maintain

    I am 69 years old and I do have trouble with electronic things. I need to put more air in the mattress now and I am not sure I can do it. My wifi has to be lower gig to work with this ipad and I have to change that to use it. I know this is not your problem but it sure is for me. Thank you for letting me tell you about this. I need to call yuou to get help setting up my 2nd controller also. I hope you understand my issue. I love the positions I ha ve but did not understand I had to buy a base to do that also. This is not my strong suite.

    Finally a bed that contours to my body, automatically!

    Expensive yes, worth it, yes. 59 years of uncomfortable beds and back pain and numbness have turned into sleeping through the night and extremely comfortably at that! Wish though the app was a little better as far as staying connected to my Wifi. I find myself having to reset it several times a month which is a little tedious. But, all in all, the Rest Bed is awesome.

    I finally can sleep 8 hrs a night...both of us can !!

    After sleeping 3-4 hours a night after working 8-12 hrs a day we purchased a ReST bed on a Split King adjustable foundation. I have chronic pain in my legs, lymphedema and hip issues. I constantly tossed and turned which caused my husband to awake multiple times a night. I went to a home show and stopped at a local bed store who was displaying several beds, including the ReST Bed. They demoed the bed, (with me on it) and I was sold, I figured with the guarantee, I could return it if I didn’t like it. Then the buyers remorse kicked in after we got home that I bought this bed when I was at the home show to see about a bath remodel !! That was about 3 years ago, and I still have my ReST Bed. That buyers remorse went away the first night I slept in it. I tried to set the bed based on the graphics shown on the app but I couldn’t get it as comfortable as I’d hoped. So I set it to automatic and it’s served me well for 3 years. I wake up feeling good

    Truly amazing

    I must say the numerous supporting adjustments available on this bed, coupled with the adjustable base, set this bed apart from any other sleep experience. The automatic readjustments during the night are flawless and consistently amazing! After sleeping on this bed for a full year I can testify it's everything I had hoped it would be when I purchased it!

    Still loving it….

    Having on this bed for over a year, we are still in love with it. We came from the Tempur-pedic line, which slept too hot for us. This bed does not sleep hot at all. And it is even more comfortable for us than a Tempur-pedic. Highly recommend.

    No more back pain

    I would have terrible back pain, but with this bed it is amazing how nice it feels and adjusts to my needs. If I want a firmer night I just adjust it and when I need a softer I can have it softer. It is truly a great bed.

    Great bed with some initial pain to be aware of

    The bed itself is great, the customer support on the phone is polite and knowledgeable. However, there are some challenges you need to be aware of: (1) Hotline is difficult to get through, voicemail messages were hardly answered (2) Communication by the company was really, really bad: There were several major delays because of Covid. transparent communication, or regular updated would have been nice. The delivery time showed on the web store was just not correct and they knew it. Only way to stay informed was by trying to call. (3) Quality Assurance is bad: The tubes on one of the sides wasn’t labeled, I needed to open everything up to identify zones for each tube (4) Instructions and instruction videos are partially dated and all of it needs updates as some things changed in the meantime, overall lots of things to figure out yourself (5) Pumps are pretty noisy, best practice is to figure out your setting and leave it in manual mode….but you learn this by yourself, again, not much documentation (6) App and connectivity are pretty bad. Usecase to be added: I want to use the auto-mode to test new settings and then safe them for manual mode, the way to do this now is tricky Once you get through all of this, you will have a fantastic bed. I never had back problems again, never slept better!

    Smart move to Smart Bed!

    I like to sleep soft, like I am on a cloud! Love how you can adjust the firmness or softness level of the bed and how it contours to your body.

    After a Year + All is Good

    A fantastic mattress. Reliable, quiet, very comfortable. The only ongoing challenge has been to relieve pressure on my shoulders….. “Automatic” is fine for everything but that… Should be an independant adjustment even in Auto. As a vet, I’ve had several surgeries. The Rest bed has made my sleeping much more comfortable.. The mattress App is fully functional. Highly recommend
