It is going to be 4 stars for this: 1.- Pump is a little noisy, needs to be improved to reduce noise. 2.- Finding good quality sheets is an issue. For the rest, 5 stars

10 months ago I herniated two discs and could not walk. Needless to say, I spent a lot of time in bed and on the floor. Having the ability to micro adjust my bed was a life saver! As I healed I could go firmer, yet keep the sensitive areas a little softer. I only wish the tracking software worked so I could better learn my sleep quality. Then I would have given it 5 stars.

The auto sensing and pressure adjustments are very effective.

Had issues with the air pumps and received a replacement at no additional cost a couple of years after my initial purchase. Now I’m able to capitalize on more data on my sleeping patterns thru Night Vision tracking. Customer team was very responsive and glad that they stand behind their product!

I love that it adjusts, but the auto adjusting doesn't do as much as I thought it would. It can take a while to find your perfect settings. The bed is very comfortable.

Since night one, have had less discomfort in both my back and hips. It conforms perfectly even when I change positions in real time. Amazing bed!

The automatic 5 zone is literally live saving. Got me and my wife back in the same bed, due to liking different types of beds firm vs soft. Copper infused is another added bonus
