    Love this bed!

    We love how adjustable this bed is! My husband and I both like different settings so we can each be comfortable. We do not leave the auto adjust on because it is a bit loud, but love how easy it is to change the different zones firmness.

    Great bed bad sensors

    My wife and I could never agree on the firmness of a bed so we bought this and love the bed and the fact that we can not only change each of our sides individually but also change multiple areas on the bed. We replaced the sensors once already because they did not work and now they are not working again on both sides.

    Love the High-Tech

    This bed is incredible. If you move around a lot at night like I do the automatic adjust function is the best thing ever invented. I catch myself sleeping on my side, stomach and back and not matter what position this bed automatically adjusts for the best possible support.

    Issue fixed!

    I had an issue with my pump/WiFi from the day we purchased our Cal-King head split. We’ve had our bed now for about 6months. I submitted a review about a month ago and I immediately received A phone call can’t remember who, but she was very helpful and after diagnosing the problem over the phone, she determined that there was an issue with our pump/WiFi. So she overnighted is a new pump/WiFi and now everything seems to be working as it should.

    High-Tech bed easy set-up and comfy

    The first time I ever "set-up" a bed using a Quick Start guide but the process was simple and easy. Downloaded the app and was ready to go. The app could be a bit more intuitive but the opportunity to adjust the 5 bladders gives a personalized feel and rest. Takes a bit to find the right settings but it is very comfy and will be in my bedroom a long time.

    Solid sleep, solid firmware -- but be patient for a better app

    It took awhile to get used to the bed, but now we love it. Unlike Sleep Number beds with a single bladder, having the five bladders and four different zones in this bed helps you avoid the 'hammock' effect. The firmware seems fairly solid, but the mobile apps could use some work. Would be great to have an option to 'freeze' the bladder positions from automatic mode. What's also cool is the ReST bed actualy uses a REST API, so if you're an adventurous software dev, you could create your own app solution to work with the pump. 🙂

    Very happy with this bed

    We've had it for a few months now and I love the adjustability and lack of motion transfer. I would recommend for couples that have different sleep requirements.

    Enjoying it so far

    Had the bed for a few days now. The bed itself has been great. I really enjoy the customization features and tinkering on the app to find my perfect setting. The first two nights I found myself adjusting (which is normal for a new bed). Last night I had a great sleep. Looking forward to continue testing the bed out. A few rooms for improvement: the white glove service was not communicated correctly to the people who delivered my bed. They simply brought the bed in and I had to remind them that I paid for the service. When I told them, they hastily put the bed together. So hastily that they did it incorrectly and I had to call customer support to get it sorted. Customer support was awesome though. As far as improving the product, I would suggest that instead of labeling the valves “right” and “left”, to label them “A” and “B”. When installing the valves, we had mistakenly put the valves labeled “Right” on the wrong side. This is because we were assuming that the right side of the bed is when you’re looking at the bed. It’s not. It’s when you’re lying down. Honest mistake which could be avoided by better labeling of the valves. Overall, aside from the white glove service, we’ve really enjoyed the bed. We paired it with some new Brooklinen sheets and it feels like a hotel bed from the future 🙂 Looking forward to the next 86 days!
